What you get from our rental

Your apartment experience will include stunning views, all amenities required for a comfortable stay, secure premises & parking.

Pool hours: 1st of May - 30th September. From 10am to 21pm.

Please note: no pets and no parties are allowed. Additionally, to ensure property's safety, there are CCTV cameras outside covering entrance, terraces and parking. At the request of the guest, we can turn on privacy screen function on the terrace CCTV's.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

All dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, outdoor BBQ and all other essentials.

Our bunk bed is ideal for children, we also provide baby cot and high chair at no extra cost.

Outdoor Pool

Rather quiet community pool. Opening hours - 10:00 to 21:00. From 1st of May until end of September.

Beautiful place very close to duquesa port, conveniently located between Marbella and Gibraltar. Loads of great beaches close by and places to visit. The house was perfect. Clean, modern, very well equipped. Lovely view of the coast from the terraces. The communal pool was nice and quiet, quite often we were the only people using it. Would 100% recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Matas’ apartment. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The apartment is newly renovated, stylish, and spotless – everything is thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention has gone into making this a great place to stay. Our children loved it, my wife loved it – and so did I. It was spacious, modern, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The terrace is a real highlight – perfect for mornings and evenings, and we enjoyed watering the plants and trees out there each day. Matas was a responsive and helpful host. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. Matas’ place set a very high standard! We wish for such a landlord, we received all the information we needed from the beginning, including a link to a private YouTube channel with many videos and instructions on how to use the apartment. The decor is brand new, from the kitchen to the tumble dryer. We were 5 people and very satisfied! If you come by car, you also have a parking space in front of the door. Thanks again for the great holiday feeling! :-)))

An incredible apartment with stunning views. Lots of outdoor space on the terraces with sun loungers and comfy seating. Matas could not have been more helpful providing clear instructions (including YouTube videos) and was flexible with check-in and check-out. Bathrooms were clean with rain-fall showers, beds were comfortable and extra towels provided (including bath, hand and beach towels - as well as a flannel!). Soap, shower gel and shampoo all provided. Pool was only a few minutes walk and we had it to ourselves! Restaurants and a shop in the square only a 6 minute walk and the port was a 10 minute walk downhill. We also had a Mercadona delivery. We will definitely be coming back!
